Rental

The Princess Theatre and the adjoining Princess Room are both available to rent for your event. Ideal for corporate events, wedding receptions, or other occasions, we are happy to provide the perfect venue in downtown Winnsboro.

Below you will find the contracts, along with the rules and fees for renting each one venue.

Rent the Princess Room

Cost is $300.00, which is due no later than 30 days before the rental period. Of this amount, $200.00 is a non-refundable rental charge. The remainder, $100.00, is for cleaning/damages/security deposit which will be returned upon settlement, minus any charges for actual damages done to the venue or if cleaning is required after the event. This amount is for 2 hours, there will be an addition $75 per hour after that time.

Within 24 hours of the rental expiration, all keys and other access control devices must be returned.

All personal property, including trash, and other items that were not present in the venue must be removed.

Rent the Princess Theatre

(No Sound or Video Required)

Cost is $800.00, which is due no later than 30 days before the rental period. Of this amount, $500.00 is a non-refundable rental charge. The remainder, $300.00, is for cleaning/damages/security deposit which will be returned upon settlement, minus any charges for actual damages done to the venue or if cleaning is required after the event. This amount is for 2 hours, there will be an addition $75 per hour after that time.

Rent the Princess Theatre

(Sound or Video Included)

Cost is $1,000.00, which is due no later than 30 days before the rental period. Of this amount, $500.00 is a non-refundable rental charge and $200.00 is to be paid to the sound/video engineer. The remainder, $300.00, is for cleaning/damages/security deposit which will be returned upon settlement, minus any charges for actual damages done to the venue or if cleaning is required after the event. This amount is for 2 hours, there will be an addition $75 per hour after that time.

Within 24 hours of the rental expiration, all keys and other access control devices must be returned.
